Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice receive full refunds. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit full payment.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 24 hours notice. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur administrative fees.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you retain access to materials provided during completed sessions but forfeit rights to scheduled future sessions unless refund terms apply.
